Why us?

We understand ear wax.

It's in our name.

(literally)

Cerumen (ear wax) is produced in healthy ears to clean and protect the ear. Too much ear wax can cause pain, hearing loss, tinnitus, infection and itchy ears.

At Cerum, you can be rest assured our specially trained ear health practitioners are on hand to help.

Ever wondered what your inner ear looks like?

We use an award-winning video otoscopy (magnifying) device to look inside the ear. This allows us to get a wider angle and a closer view than traditional otoscopes.

When we locate wax, we use a suction device to gently vacuum it away. This is considered the gold-standard method for wax removal. We can also email you a report with images and videos of your procedure.

Trust us.

We've got this.

Our practitioners are trained by experts in Audiology and ENT.

If they find something that doesn't look right, they have access to advice from a remote network of advanced Audiologists and ENT surgeons to help guide you.
